“Do you want to know who you are? Don’t ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.”

*Leaders have followers.

You are not a leader unless you have followers. You are not an effective leader unless you have influence.

*Leaders will be judged by their effectiveness.

To be effective means you have positive impact.

*Effective leaders are not passive.

Passivity will kill your organization and your leadership effectiveness.

  1. A leader has a servants heart. They see what needs to be done and either delegate the job to others or do it themselves. They walk their talk. They are people of integrity working with a standard of excellence whether anyone sees them or acknowledges them or not. They don ‘t need the applause of men to do what needs to be done.

  2. Thank you, Alex. I am reminded how some people watch things happen, some people make things happen, and some people do not have the slightest idea what is happening.
